On November 15th the Maria Kripa community conducted a day long social camp in a place called Jyotinagar where the Apostolic Carmel sisters have a school.
In Jyotinagar there a mixed population, people hailing from different parts of the state and other states and most of them are slum dwellers. Around 350 students from class 4-10 participated in it. Mrs Vimala, one of the teachers of the Betharram aspirants, taught the children how to prepare some handicrafts. Later the scholastics animated classes for them on morality, health and spirituality.
