Argentina - Regional Community
On Saturday 8 of September, as a tribute to Fr Gaspar Fernández Pérez, the Superior General, the communities of Buenos Aires, La Plata, Rosario, Martín Coronado, Adrogué and Barracas gathered in the Regional House, next to the Church of Saint Juan Bautista.
They prayed together the Morning Prayer, in the Feast of the Nativity of Our Lady, as a thanksgiving on the anniversary of the approval of the Congregation by The Holy See.
Each community brought a candle in front of the Blessed Sacrament as a sign of the light received during the day.
Then Fr Gaspar introduced the theme of the day From the Heart of Christ to the Heart of the World. A time of sharing with Fr Gaspar followed.
After that, the groups of the Vicariate, presented the different projects and they underlined the need of working through the internet.
Most of the religious present shared with Fr Gaspar about their daily experience in the pastoral ministry.
