Saturday September 1st - An important event called the Great Celebration of the Life took place in Barracas. Pupils, youths and teachers of the San José of Buenos Aires and Sagrado Corazón of Barracas took part in it.
The local children had the opportunity to play and to join different groups: art, painting, soccer and reading. Towards the end of the day, they enjoyed some tasty snaks and the blessing given by Fr Juan, assistant Parish Priest of the neighbouring Parish of Caacupé.
It is worth noting that the celebrations continued in a place called hermitage of life. Here, one year ago, Milagros, a baby girl, was found in a dustbin. She died soon after receiving the baptism. Today, the pace where Milagros died, is generating new life.
