Argentina - Adrogué

The retreat began with two days of absolute silence following the Principle and Foundation of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, under the guidance of  P. John Berli sj. The meditations of the following days were focused on the person of Jesus, the Church, the World and Bétharram. These themes were presented by two teleconferences (blessed be the technology!) given by Fr Gaspar Fernandez Perez, Superior General and Fr Gustavo Agin, Regional Superior, and by two lay people: Gustavo Barreiro and Leo Caviglia. The last day they celebrated 50 years of priesthood of Fr Daniel Ramon Martin. The solemn Eucharistic Celebration was followed lunch.
The celebration would not have been complete without a cake and an exquisite ... Armagnac!
