Mgr Vincent Landel, Archbishop of Rabat, sends his greetings to the family of Betharram. On this day of Easter, let us be united in prayer for peace:
"Peace be with you! "This is the first greeting of the Risen Lord to his disciples.
It is this salvation that we want to hear in each country in our hemisphere.
This peace leads us onto paths of conversion.
This peace brings us life.
This life will give us another look on ourselves, but also on anyone we meet and on every event;
We would like, in these Easter holidays, this peace to be consolidated wherever it is unstable and threatened.
Let us receive this greeting from the Lord.
Let us receive this greeting from all who are close to us.
Bring this greeting to everyone we meet, whatever their culture and religion.
That the light springing from the Risen Christ illuminate the General Chapter, and may we revive it every day in the hope of this "kingdom" that grows, a "kingdom" where we will be witnesses of freedom, justice and dignity.
The Life of the Risen is the sign of tenderness and mercy of God for all people of good will, is it not?
