The World Day of the Sick was celebrated on February 18th at the Church of Holy Apostles in Zarqa, with the support of Caritas and the local Scouts.
During the Mass concelebrated by a Melkite priest and Betharramite Fathers in charge of the parish, the infirm and the elderly have received the sacrament of the sick. Among the faithful, were doctors and nurses committed in the name of their faith. After the Eucharist, a reception was held in the parish hall, with exchange of gifts.
