The Sacred Heart Solennity has been specially prepared and celebrated in the Betharramite formation house of Maria Kripa, on southwestern coast of India.
From 21st June the community began the novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. On 29th of June, Fr. Godfrey parish priest of St Joseph the Worker, Marlapadav, preached recollection talk in preparation to the Sacred Heart feast.
On 30th June, Green School teachers from Manchester, England, joined the community for a short interaction on education Systems.
Friday on 1st of July, the community of Maria Kripa celebrated the feast of the Sacred Heart. Fr Andrew DSouza, our Parish Priest of St. Lawrences Church, Bondel presided over the Eucharist celebration. The neighbouring community superiors, teachers and the well wishers joined the festive celebration and prayed for the family of Betharram all over the world.
