7th May was indeed a great day of joy and celebration for Betharram in Bangalore: our three brothers Antony, Bistis and Jacob committed themselves to God and to his Church through the family of Betharram by their first profession .

Rev. Fr. Thomas Tharayil, the Rector of the Kristu Jyoti College presided over the Eucharistic celebration and brought the blessings upon all. Rev. Fr. Biju Alappat the Vicar of Indian Vicariate received the Vows.
It was also the privilege of Shobhana Shaakha Community to celebrate the 50th Birthday of our beloved parish priest Fr. Gregory Mariappa who released the magazine Sneha Jwala- Fire of Love which contains the creative arts, poems and literature of our brothers. Two Kenyan sisters who belong to the Congregation of Apostolic Carmel added joy to the celebration by their song and dance. Betharram Community in Bangalore remains grateful to all who prayed for the success of this program.
