On September 9th , Mgr Jean Laffitte, secretary of the Pontifical council for the family, visited Bétharram with a group of friends.
Former student of the college Notre-Dame (he put the beautiful branch on his episcopal blazon), he celebrated at the feet of saint Michel Garicoïts his first Mass as a bishop. May our founder inspire him and accompany him in his service for the universal Church.
