Brazil - Brumadinho
From January 11th to 20th , St. Sebastian, the Patron Saint of the parish of Brumadinho (State of Minas Gerais) received the homage of the faithful.
Young people have participated actively in the liturgical preparation of the event: 10 days of celebrations, culminating in a procession through the streets of the city, and the Mass in the open air. Despite the rain, it attracted a remarkable turnout. Once again, according to Betharramite parish priest, Fr. Vicente de Menezes, faith and celebration walked hand in hand" with a clear social purpose: to work for peace at all levels.
