Bethlehem - General Chapter
On Saturday evening, 28th, after having elected the Vicar General and counselors who will help Fr. Gaspar, in his task of animation of the Congregation, the chapter decided to learn more about the local culture of the area, especially its culinary delights.
All members of the Chapter, with the novitiate community in Bethlehem and the staff of the house, went to dinner at the "shepherds Tent', a Bedouin-style restaurant in Bet Sahour (the Shepherds' Field" where the shepherds heard the message about the birth of Jesus.) The menu was typically Arabic, and some chapter member dared test narghile ... A fraternal and joyful night to celebrate an important day.
