Argentina - Nueva Esperanza
On January 2nd , a group of lay missionaries from Buenos Aires and Rosario, along with the novices of the Fr. Etchecopar Region and two Brazilians scholastics, took the road to Nueva Esperanza.
Together with Fr. Bruno from Argentina, Fr. Gilberto from Brazil and Deacon Daniel from Paraguay, they joined the three Fathers of the community (Paco, Sergio and Guido), and other young men and women from Santiago del Estero. By visiting families, organizing celebrations, entertainment and various meetings, the 60 participants lived intensely this regional summer Mission among forlorn people. The experience ended on January 15th : the group parted with sadness but with "the joy of having given themselves full heartedly to share with the brothers", as wrote Fr Bruno Ierullo, SCJ.
