The community of the Betharramite Formation House in Mangalore celebrated the thanksgiving mass of our newly ordained priest Fr. Akhil Joseph scj on January 28th. The celebration began with a thanksgiving Eucharist presided over by Fr. Akhil Joseph himself.

After the changes made in the Vicariate of the Holy Land (two communities have been established: the community of Bethlehem and the community of Nazareth), Fr Henri Lamasse, Superior of the community of Bethlehem, wrote in to give some news about the life of his community. 

The second term of the Academic year began in Hojai on 3rd August.

From July 2 to 6, we reflected and shared on our consecration through Vows. Fr. Gaspar did it in an interesting way and helped us to understand the anthropological and spiritual aspects of the Evangelical Counsels. On Saturday, we visited the Betharram caves and in the evening, we joined the sisters of Bethlehem for the vespers. Lately, we welcomed three young people from Pau (Nelly, Yoan and Jacques) who will participate in Katiola's mission at the end of July. We listened to them and shared with them our experiences on how to live our faith in our different regions.
