On 28th of May 2021, English Vicariate gathered together to celebrate the Silver Jubilee of Fr Phairote SCJ at Sacred Heart community at Olton. The celebration began with Evening Prayer led by Br Gerard SCJ and it brought us together to pray for Fr Peter and his new ministry at Chiangmai our Mother House in Thailand. Various prayerful Intentions such as needs of the world , needs of our congregation were prayed.

Stervin Fernando scj, formally assumed charge as the new Superior of Betharram Seminary at Mary Hill on a Solemn Eucharistic celebration of the Feast of St. Thomas at the Seminary chapel on Friday evening. The Eucharistic celebration was presided over by Rev. Fr. Biju Alappat scj, the Vicar Superior and concelebrated by the new community priests.
