On the 28th May in the afternoon, we completed the elections in Chapter for the new General council they are as follows:

On Saturday evening, 28th, after having elected the Vicar General and counselors who will help Fr. Gaspar, in his task of animation of the Congregation, the chapter decided to learn more about the local culture of the area, especially its culinary delights.

  On Sunday 29th of May and Monday 30th we devoted our time to drafting and the approval of the motions which will be the heart of the Acts of the XXVI Chapter.

On May 31st the Chapter delegates made their last common trip to celebrate the Visitation in Ein Kerem , on the very site of the encounter between Mary and Elizabeth.

On May 28th , Fr. Gaspar Fernandez began his second term as Superior General by gestures expressing the meaning  the service of authority in the Church.

To celebrate the bicentenary of the priestly ordination of Saint Michael Garicoïts, on 20 December, a day of reflection, prayer and priestly fraternity took place in Betharram: Betharramites religious from Pau and Anglet (Côte Basque community) gathered together with around twenty priests from two deaneries of the diocese of Bayonne.
