Recently the French TV channel KTO dedicated a lengthy report on the site of Betharram.

On October 16, we received this news from Frs Jiraphat and Jean-Luc who are in Vietnam to visit for the second time our first candidate for Betharram, Joseph Tuan.

The first Vietnameese to knock at the door of our Congregation was welcomed as candidate on March 4th , in the prayerful atmosphere of the chapel in the diocesan centre of Thanh Hoah.

From November 26th  to December 5th  the Regional Vicar of Thailand, Fr Tidkham, went to  Vietnam to pay a visit to the parents of Tuan (the young Betharramite aspirant), to his Parish priest and the Bishop of Thanh Hoa Diocese.

On March 19th , the Church of Thanh Hoa celebrated with fervor his holy patron; Fr Jiraphat Raksikhao and Fr Jean-Luc Morin, who were there, wound up in this solemn way their study visit in Vietnam.

On October 18 in Vinh, and on October 20 and 21 in Thanh Hoa, the Fathers Jiraphat Raksikhao and Jean-Luc Morin met with some pre-seminarians and some religious sisters of the two towns in northern Vietnam.

October 23, in the afternoon, Bishop Thomas Din Hieu welcomed Fathers Jiraphat Raksikhao and Jean-Luc Morin in the bishop’s house of Xuan Loc.

From 9 to 11 July, in the Retreat House "Sacred Heart" in San Bernardino (Paraguay), the Betharramite religious and laity of the Fr. Augusto Etchecopar Region held the VII ELAB (Meeting of the Latin American Betharramites).
