Betharram September 14th – During the celebration of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, the Vicariate of France and Spain lived its first meeting after the General Chapter.

From March 16 to 23, Fr. Jean-Luc Morin SCJ, Regional Superior of the St. Michael Garicoïts Region, visited the communities of the Holy Land Vicariate.

Monday, March 20, in the Solemnity of St. Joseph, the religious of the Vicariate of France-Spain held an Assembly in Betharram to reflect on how to bring new life to Betharram, and trying to devise new projects to discuss in the General Chapter.

Thursday May 1st, the "Saint Michael” community in Bouar (RCA), hosted the Vicariate Assembly of all the Religious of the Vicariate of Central African Republic.

On Wednesday, April 17, in our community in Lissone, the religious of the Vicariate of Italy held an Assembly. About thirty religious were present-

The Sacred Heart Vicariate of India, had its annual Vicariate Assembly on 09.04.18 and 10.04.18. The Theme of the Assembly was “UNDERSTANDING OURSELVES FOR THE MISSION”. The meeting was stared with the prayer song and reading from the Gospel and Letter of St. Micahel was read for the reflection. Fr. Edwerd SDB enlightened us all by his talk on Mission. The key points were 1.Relationship with God 2. Personal Transformation and so on.

Monday, April21, after the Easter celebrations, the community of Yamoussoukro went to Dabakala to take part  with the other brothers, in a three-day-long Vicariate Assembly of Ivory Coast.

On September 20, during the visit of the Regional Superior, Fr Austin Hughes SCJ, the religious of the Vicariate of Thailand held a meeting in Chiang Mai.

At the end of the canonical visit to the Vicariate of Ivory Coast, Fr Gustavo Agín SCJ, Superior General, participated in the Assembly of the Vicariate of the Ivory Coast which was held from 22 to 23 September in the community of Dabakala.

The Betharramite Vicariate in Brazil held its annual meeting in Passa Quatro, from 9 to 12 December, with a session of ongoing formation led by Dr. William Castilho, retired professor of PUC-MINAS, clinical and institutional psychologist, councilor of the CNBB (National Conference of Bishops of Brazil) and CELAM (Latin American and Caribbean Episcopal Conference) on the theme: "The psychic suffering of the priest”.
