On 3rd March, was a day full of joy for the Vicariate of Thailand and Vietnam. Bro. Anselm Prapas Chiwakitmankong SCJ and Bro. Peter Do Van Hung SCJ made their perpetual profession in the hands of very Rev. Fr. Gustavo Agín SCJ, Superior General.

On Saturday, August 9, the Vicariate of Thailand and Vietnam experienced a day of great joy.

On Monday 26 October the community of Pibrac experienced a moment of meditation at the Abbey of Notre-Dame du Désert... This abbey of Trappist monks (reduced to seven elderly religious and now sent to different part of the world, France, Peru and Norway), was closed down 3 October and has now become the "Village of Francis".

November 9 - Every two months, the community of Pibrac, holds a day of recollection at the Cistercian Abbey of Our Lady of the Desert, about twenty kilometers away from Pibrac.

On June 26, the community of formation "Ban Garicoïts”, Sampran, guided by Fr Peter Bancha, CSS, reflected on their vocational journey in the betharramite Congregation.

In order to mark this time of Lent and nd the strength necessary to walk towards Easter, the community of Adiapodoumé, on Saturday march 9th, exercised itself more particularly to remain silent, throughout a day’s recollection on the theme: ‘How to live Lent as a period of commitment in our everyday life’.

Tuesday, October 15, public holiday for the Muslim festival of Id al- Adha ( that is " feast of the sacrifice "), the formation house of Adiapodoume enjoyed a day break.

... and a pleasant moment of fellowship for our Betharramite family of Belo Horizonte. On September 19 the community of the Scholasticate of the Region Father Auguste Etchecopar, Belo Horizonte (Brazil), blessed and inaugurated the new chapel dedicated to St. Joseph, “special protector of the Church and of the Institute." (See. Rule Life of Art. 92 d).

On December 6, the family members of the Italian Betharramites gathered at Albavilla (Italy).
