On March 4th , as part of the pastoral ministry of our brothers, the Sampran community played host to some African young people, members of Thailand Football Club.

On March14th the Community Ban Garicoits Sampran (Thailand) was happy to welcome Fr.Austin (Superior of the Blessed Miriam Region) and Fr. Graziano (the secretary-bursar general) on the occasion of their visit to Thailand.

On May 24-25, the vicariate of Thailand accepted the invitation of Mrg. Panya Kritcharoen, Bishop of Ratchaburi, to take care of Fatima Parish, in the south west of Thailand, not far from the Myanmar border,  2 hours’ journey from Sampran.

On May 16-22 our seven brothers in Philosophy had a mission experience at Mea Teang District under the guidance of Fr Tidkham scj and Fr Prasit, diocesan priest.

On June, 7th, Ban Garicoïts started the new academic year with the monthly recollection. Fr. Boonlert, a priest of Chiang Mai diocese, was the animator of this fruitful event.

On June 15th - The two formation communities in Sampran celebrated the Feast of Sacred Heart of Jesus.

June 21st – The Garicoïts House of Formation has started the preparation of the Feast of Our Lady of Betharram which will be celebrated on July 28th .

On July10th, the Ban Garicoits' Community happily welcomed Brother Joseph Tuan, a candidate from Vietnam, along with Fr.Tham and Mr. Peter. Brother Joseph will be with the community for three months in order to learn English and to experience the community life.

July, 19th  - Feverish preparations are being made for the celebration of Our Lady of Betharram, in Garicoits House, Sampran.

On July 28, the communities of the Vicariate of Thailand celebrated the feast of Our Lady of Betharram.
