November, 12th - On the occasion of the Vicariate meeting, in Chiang Mai, the Betharramite Religious of Thailand wished Fr Carlo Luzzi  a happy 81th birthday.

On March 16, Mrs. Erbin Marie, aged 83, returned to the Father's house. Mrs. Marie was sister of Fr. Pierre Caset scj (from the community of Betharram “Maison Neuve” - Vicariate of France-Spain).

On July 18, Br. Vincent de Paul Worou scj was ordained as a priest during a solemn celebration that took place in the Cathedral of Cotonou (Bénin).

On December 1st, the World AIDS Day, the Association “IL MOSAICO”, that has been caring for AIDS patients for twenty years through different humanitarian initiatives at various levels, organised a meeting in the Church Santa Maria dei Miracoli, Rome, in order to make people more and more aware of this particular issue.

On May 12, in the sports hall of the Colegio San José Asunción, the Vicariate of Paraguay held the closing ceremony of the Jubilee Year in honour of Saint Michael Garicoïts.

Rome, May 7, 2014 – As a “grand finale” of the celebrations of the 150th anniversary of the death of St. Michael Garicoïts, the Vicariate of Italy, through the new betharramite communications center called "BetAgorà," planned a series of events.

On August 15, the feast of the Assumption, the new Regional Council of the Region Venerable Fr Augusto Etchecopar had met in Lambaré (Paraguay), in the presence of the Superior General, Fr Gustavo Agín SCJ.

The months of October & November was a time of Sharing the Spirituality and the Charism of our Congregation especially as we prayed the Holy Rosary at the Homes of our Companions and friends and celebrated the Feast of Our Mother of the Holy Rosary.
