Sunday 9 December - The religious and the laity of the Italian Vicariate met at Colico (Como) to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the presence of the Congregation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus of Betharram at the seminary of “Santa Teresa del Bambino Gesù”, which would then become the “Collegio del Sacro Cuore”.

On July 28, in the ancient shrine there was a festive atmosphere on the occasion of the solemnity of Our Lady of Betharram.

Wednesday, November 26, about thirty Italian religious held the Vicariate Assembly at the betharramite residence of Albiate, guided by the Regional Superior, Fr Jean Luc Morin SCJ and the Regional Vicar for Italy, Fr Aldo Nespoli SCJ.

August, 2nd - The past week of the Mangalore Community was indeed a colorful and eventful one. On July 28 they celebrated the Feast of Our Lady of Betharram and of St. Alphonsa, the first Indian saint.

On August 5, Mrs. Casilda died. She was sister of Fr Antonio Cano and Br Jesús Cano.
