On August 15, the community of Mangalore celebrated the 66th  anniversary of the Independence of India.

August 29th  The Community of Maria Kripa celebrated the Harvest Festival of Onam, the feast of the people of Kerala.

On October, 26th , the Maria Kripa community conducted a camp for the children of  Balayesunilaya, an orfanage run by AC Sisters.

On November 15th the Maria Kripa community conducted a day long social camp in a place called Jyotinagar where the Apostolic Carmel sisters have a school.
