Rome 5 July 2021 - The articles written in 2020 for the NEF by Fr. Philippe Hourcade scj about Father Augusto Etchecopar have been collected and are now available on the website.

Fr. Jean-Dominique Delgue SCJ, Vicar General, has accompanied Mgr. Sandro Corradini and Fr. Ettore Capra, Postulator of the cause of the canonization of Fr. Etchecopar, in the footsteps of Fr. Auguste Etchécopar in Betharram, Ibarre and St-Palais between the 5th and the 8th of October.

On Sunday, December 27, 2020, feast of the Holy Family, in the joy of the Nativity of our Lord Jesus Christ, the religious of the Sacred Heart of Jesus of Betharram of the Vicariate of France-Spain, with the lay associates and the parishioners of the "Holy Family" Parish of Pau, welcomed with joy the new deacon, Br. Landry.

3 November -Fr. Davide Villa SCJ has died early this morning in hospital (Erba) where he had been admitted a few days ago.

July 28 - Solemnity of Our Lady of Betharram. The Shrine of Our Lady of Betharram celebrated its traditional feast.

On 27 and 28 February the religious of the Vicariate of France-Spain gathered in Betharram for their first Assembly of the year.
