As part of the Plenary Assembly of Bishops of West Africa , a visit to the parishes had been scheduled. St Felix was waiting for his group of bishops ... who did not come.

On 12 February, the community of St. Felix of Yamoussoukro celebrated the patron saint’s  feast introduced  by a period of preparation.

On Sunday, February 26, 2012, the  youth of one part of Yamoussoukro made their annual pilgrimage. Over 150 young people from St Felix joined the pilgrimage, accompanied by Fr Arsene and Bro. Armel, both Betharramite religious.

Sunday, March 11th, a pilgrimage of the city parishes was held in Yamoussoukro (Ivory Coast). The Parish of St. Felix took part with its 6 CEB’s (Basic Ecclesial Communities). They joined the other sixty CEB‘s and an assembly of 6000 worshipers to celebrate the Eucharist, presided over by Mons Marcellin, Bishop of the Diocese of Yamoussoukro.

On April 14th and 15th, 23 lay associates of the Vicariate of Ivory Coast gathered in St. Felix Parish of Yamoussoukro for the first meeting of the three Fraternity groups in the country: the "Nè Mè" group in Abidjan-Adiapodoumé; the "Mi yè" in Yamoussoukro and the "Mi ngan" in Dabakala.

The new issue of “Amici”, the bulletin of the Association for the missionary animation of the Vicariate of Italy, has been released.

On May 21, in the Betharramite Parish of the Good Shepherd at Serrinha (Brazil) a day of vocation discernment was organised.

Sunday, July 27, at the conclusion of the 150th anniversary of the death of St. Michael Garicoïts, brothers Vincent de Paul Worou Dimon and Jean-Paul Kissi Ayo irrevocably committed themselves through perpetual vows in the Congregation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus of Betharram.
