As already announced in the September issue of the NEF, today, October 1st , we present a prayer that, monthly, will take us to the beginning of the 150th  anniversary of the death of St. Michael. This Jubilee Year will be officially opened on May 14th , 2013.

On December 8, in the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Barracas (Argentina), Br Juan Pablo García Martínez SCJ was ordained as a priest by the laying on of hands of Mgr Ignacio Gogorza SCJ, betharramite Bishop Emeritus of Encarnación.

We know that on February 10, Mr Borghetti Egidio, brother of Fr Livio Borghetti SCJ, of the community of Albiate (Vicariate of Italy) passed away at the age of 94, in Rho (Milan - Italy).

Since Thursday, April 24th, 10 young religious have been on the footsteps of St. Michael Garicoïts at Betharram, France, to attend the 40-day-long international session in preparation for perpetual profession.
