Those responsible for formation wanted this initiative to foster greater union and collaboration between the three formation houses of the Vicariate.

Although the trips were considerable, Fr Suthon SCJ accompanied the group of 22 young seminarians from Phayao to Sampran. However, the meeting paid off the efforts of the journey.

Over the course of the days the group met to share and deepen the charism of the Congregation and learn more about the history and mission of the religious of Betharram. The meetings were animated by Fr Manop SCJ, Fr Kriangsak SCJ, Fr Suthon SCJ and Fr Rojo SCJ.

The group also met with the Ursuline Sisters and the Cloistered Sisters of St Clare.

There was no lack of moments of relaxation and leisure: an afternoon spent on the beaches of Huahin, football matches and a visit to the nearby Sampran zoo…

At the end of the meeting, the young seminarians, accompanied by formators, visited Fr. Carlo Luzzi SCJ, who resides in a retirement home of the Congregation of the Camillians, near Sampran.

They were days lived intensely and offered the opportunity for young people in formation to get to know each other and get to know the Congregation better.
