Inaugurated the Jubilee Year in Shobhana Shaakha.
The Betharramite community of Shobhana Shaakha inaugurated the Jubilee Year in honor of St. Michael Garicoits with a Mass presided by the Archbishop Emeritus of Bangalore, MOns Ignatius Pinto.
During the celebration, brothers Shamon and Reegan made their first profession. After the Holy Mass there was the blessing of the Children Care Home that bears the name of Fr Xavier Ponthokkan scj, the first Indian Betharramite who died in 2006.
